Writing includes planning strategies, composing efficiently, revising effectively and quickly, providing constructive coaching to another writer, producing successful documents with enhanced image and effect, improving managerial review skills, recognizing nuances of written communication, and effective use of ‘headlines’. Presentations include planning a presentation strategy, designing appropriate use of media, identifying audience need and characteristics, packaging appropriate messages for an audience and using body and voice effectively to develop a ‘stage’ presence.
