HUM 5221 Major Problems in U.S. History

The writing of histories of the United States can often be contentious and surprsingly divergent. This course tackles majors episodes in U.S. history and studies them in a format designed to encourage critical thinking skills by utilizing both primary source research and an historographical lens.
