Welcome to Dominican University of California.
The Dominican Experience, our signature educational program, is committed to the flourishing of every student, in college and beyond. Our students receive customized coaching, engage with their community, complete signature work, and publish a digital portfolio. We are one of few institutions in the nation holding our students to the highest academic standards while asking them to apply that experience to the community and the world.
Our curriculum provides students with flexibility in determining the course of their education, while remaining open to pursuing new ideas and experiences. We offer a core curriculum defined by skills and competencies that align with the Dominican Experience, developed to prepare students for college success and career satisfaction.
Within this catalog you will find the policies we use not only to ensure your degree or credential is of the highest quality, but also to create a strong social and intellectual community of which you are a crucial part. It is a campus that will both challenge and support you.
