POL 3410 Constitutional Law: Powers, Rights & Liberties

This course addresses constitutional issues decided by the U.S. Supreme Court. We will investigate, analyze, and critique theories of constitutional interpretation, as well as various issues involving federalism, inherent governmental powers, freedom of speech and press, freedom of religion, economic liberty, gun rights, equal protection, voting, sexual privacy/autonomy, and abortion.
