CLQ 3180 C8/PY: Changing Women:Female Identity
Over the last 150 years notions of what it means to be a female have drastically shifted. Through a variety of readings in psychology that include both female and male writers, and through the identity search found in the lives of Virginia Woolf, Sylvia Plath, and Frieda Kahlo, among others, we will begin to understand women's personal search for identity amongst the cultural shifts that have influences us all.
