ASPP 5219 Psychology of Human Development

This course covers the study of human development that includes social, cultural, biological and psychological issues of conception, prenatal life, infancy, childhood, adolescence, adulthood and aging/death. Psychosocial development, brain development/neuropsychology, youth sports, self-concept, language, personality, moral reasoning, and culture are emphasized. This course focuses primarily on the theories and application of normal development using a systems approach.
