ASPP 5213 Group Dynamics

This course will focus on the unique dynamics that occur within groups and systems and will address how these dynamics impact group cohesion and performance. Students will examine the theory and research of group dynamics and explore topics such as group formation and the stages of development, communication, leadership, trust, and group behavior. Additionally, the course will address the ways in which group members arrive at roles, norms, and identities and learn to identify cultural and ethical issues in working with groups.
