CHEM 1700 Career Paths for Science Majors
Have you considered majoring in science, but aren’t sure if it’s right for you? This course is designed for students interested in pursuing a range of careers in science and healthcare fields. The focus of the course is to outline the roles, responsibilities, and educational requirements for select careers in scientific and environmental research and health care professions to help you understand career opportunities available with a degree in biology or chemistry. This course uses the platforms Moodle, Zoom, and YouTube and is taught in eight synchronous lessons. Students need reliable internet access. Recommended for new and returning students
