GPH 4100 Emerging Challenges in Global Public Health

This course covers the latest developments in the field of global public health. Designed to prepare students to enter an ever-changing world, the latest global to local health issues will be covered, including emerging infections, latest controversies (such as the opioid crisis), upcoming areas and current trends in research, vulnerable populations, future directions of the field, and coverage of global public health in the news - 4 lecture hours.
