BUS 4081 Managing Global Human Resources

This course comprehensively examines global human resource management. Students will develop intercultural competencies and awareness; identify trends in the globalized workforce; and evaluate policies, practices, and roles in global human resource management. Topics include global staffing, training, compensation, evaluation, motivation, international corporate responsibility and employee health and safety. Prerequisite: BUS 4046 or instructor’s permission.
