ENSC 4998 Directed Research: Environmental Sciences
Experimental research project in various fields of ecology and environmental sciences, carried out by student under guidance of an instructor. This involves literature searching, developing research project, performing research, collection and analyzing of data, oral and poster presentation at a peer forum, and a written submission of the work in a thesis format. Course may be taken for 1-6 units. 1 unit equals 45 hours. This course has an additional $25 Fee to cover lab materials. Prerequisite: consent of the Program Chair. Contract required. Course may be repeated for credit.
