MBA with a concentration in Global Business

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Global Business equips students with global managerial, leadership and entrepreneurial skills necessary to succeed in the competitive global marketplace. Students will learn how to navigate across various geographic regions, conduct international business risk assessment and turn institutional voids into business opportunities, formulate strategies and business models in foreign markets, and gain cross-cultural intelligence.

Students in this concentration take a Global Immersion Trip plus two other elective courses in global business. The three-unit Global Immersion Trip consists of a 10-day international trip during which students travel to a destination country to learn about international business environments. In this course, students strengthen their knowledge related to doing business in global markets by visiting host country organizations and immersing themselves in foreign cultures.
