ART 2115 Beginning Web Site Design

This class is about the world wide web in its historical and current manifestations. We will examine the history of the medium, determine its current forms and define a trajectory for the future. We will examine it as designers and determine the best uses for the web today including mobile devices, UX design, applications and web-based authoring environments. Students will produce thoughtful and varied content through a process of research and investigation that can then be styled and published and posted to the world wide web using a variety of web authoring software tools. **Additional fee applies.**
