PSY 3179 Introduction to Art Therapy

This course will explore the definition, history, therapeutic value, and foundations of Art Therapy introducing basic concepts connecting therapeutic process of art making, through non-verbal images and metaphors, using a variety of art media. Mastery of art techniques and artistic talent are not required for this course.
