MSBA 5525 Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence for Business
This course prepares students to analyze, evaluate, and apply machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to business problems. Students formulate business questions as analytic tasks and select, implement, and assess appropriate modeling approaches. Topics include supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning fundamentals, natural language processing, and generative AI. The course emphasizes evaluating model performance, interpreting results, and assessing ethical and responsible AI considerations such as bias, transparency, and governance in organizational contexts.
