KIN 3900 Principles of Strength and Conditioning

This course introduces students to evidence-based principles of strength training and conditioning, preparing them for professional roles in fitness, athletic training, and performance enhancement - 3 lecture hours. Prerequisites: BIO 2500/BIO 2505 and BIO 2600/2605. Recommended: KIN 3600/3605
