PA 5390 Clinical Pharmacology II

This course is the second of a two-course sequence (Spring, Summer) in clinical pharmacology. During this course sequence, students will receive systems-based education on patient evaluation, diagnosis, and management across the life span. Clinical Pharmacology II addresses the principles of: routes of administration, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, toxicology, drug classes, and disease management. The systems that will be included in semester 3 include: Urology/Nephrology, Women’s Health, Neurology, Musculoskeletal/Rheumatology, Psychiatry, and Infectious Diseases - 12 week session. Summer I - Phase I.
