KIN 4998 Directed Research: Kinesiology
Experimental research project in various fields of kinesiology, carried out by students under the guidance of an instructor. This involves literature searching, developing research project, performing research, collection and analyzing of data, oral and poster presentation of research at a peer forum, and a written submission of the work in a thesis format. Course may be taken for 1-6 units. 1 unit equals 45 hours. Prerequisites: Consent of the Program Director. Contract required. This course has an additional $25 Fee to cover lab materials. Course may be repeated for credit.
